Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes is in full swing in Grand Rapids & we have a beautiful home to show. Exceptionally built by Falcon Custom Homes, this Manchester Hills home is a must-see.

Traditional Tudor touches and striking stone details elevate this estate above the ordinary. A convenient L-shaped floor plan starts with the four-car garage and leads into the home’s public areas, including a charming kitchen with a built-in booth, a four-season porch and a large living area with built-ins. The right side of the house contains the spacious master suite. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a loft, while the downstairs is home to a family room, bar, guest bedroom and sport court/exercise area.

Belmont Residence

We were excited to see that Mastic Home Exteriors used one of our homes, Belmont (built by DeHaan Homes), as the cover of their new siding sample binder. Below you can see additional photos and a write up:

Packed with farmhouse flair, the Belmont features all the charm of a bygone era combined with the conveniences of modern life. A wide front porch with gingerbread trim leads to a spacious main floor, with an old fashioned parlor as well as a family-style kitchen open to an adjacent dining area and a nearby screen porch. The lower level features a large recreation room as well as a guest bedroom; upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with an octagonal sitting room as well as three family bedrooms.

Our Manchester Hills Collection

In Grand Rapids, MI there is an old world neighborhood called "Manchester Hills." We have designed 6 homes as well as the north & south entry statements and playground for the neighborhood's children. Our latest addition is Pinehurst. Wish Granted

Today I'm repeating part of a post from April where I featured Lily's Wish. Lily has osteosarcoma, a cancer affecting her bones, and was matched with Wayne Visbeen through theMake-A-Wish Foundation. Wayne sat with Lily back in January and designed her playhouse with her (she had a lot of ideas!) I just saw a photo of the finished house & thought you would like to see it too! Please continue to keep Lily & her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Horizon View

Check out this lovely, little cottage on Lake Michigan designed by Visbeen Associates and built by Bouwkamp Builders. And, here's the write up:

Designed to fit easily into compact spaces, Horizon View combines yesterday's cottage charm with today's open floor plan. A beadboard and gabled exterior leads into a modern interior, with a light-filled great room that encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining area. A handy master bedroom suite rounds out the first-floor offerings. Upstairs are two additional family or guest bedrooms as well as a full bath.

After that, choose another category, like "estates."

Once you've done that, scroll down to view all of the homes we've presented in that category. If one piques your interest, click on it (the Westchester, for example.)

And, once you're there, click on the first image (in this case a sketch) and then use the arrows at the bottom of the image to scroll thru the numerous images of that one house. Once you've made it through them all it will show you the next house in line.
